Owner and Head Trainer:
Our trainer, Nolan Norris, provides training of the highest level around. He is the newest homegrown professional player for MLS club FC Dallas and a big part of the U19 United States national team. Playing professional games and scoring for our country, he understands what it takes to be at the next level. With all of this experience, Nolan knows what all players need to perform in the biggest games. He has a huge passion for the game and loves to play a part in many kids' journeys as a soccer player. Nolan believes in hard work to get where you want to be, on and off the field. With the Lord’s help he went from three trainees to over 250 trained players within two years. He runs intense sessions and pushes players to be the best they can be, while also helping the players enjoy the beautiful game.
Tsiki Nstabeleng
Our newest coach to the staff, Tsiki Nstabeleng, is a professional player with FC Dallas. Growing up in South Africa, he was raised in a culture of soccer and learned plenty of his skills there. He came to the states to pursue an education and thus attended the Universities of Coastal Carolina and Oregon State, respectively. Tsiki was drafted in the 1st round of the MLS Superdraft to FC Dallas and had plied his trade in the professional ranks here in DFW ever since. He looks forward to working with our players and bringing a new, skillful flair to the All ‘N Academy team.
Will Baker
Assistant Trainer
Will Baker, our assistant trainer, is a part of the FC Dallas Academy and has played in several professional games with North Texas SC. He also is committed to one of the top academic/athletic colleges in America, the University of Michigan. By playing in many of the top tournaments in the US as well as international games against top opposition, Will is somebody your child will want to learn from He is a great coach that puts his effort into all of his sessions. All of our players have a smile when Coach Will is at training because he pushes them while also making sure they have fun.
Trainer for All 'N Academy Juniors
Nylah Norris, current FCD U15, plays with the FCD ECNL U16 and has now received her first call up with the U15 United States National team. Noticed by college coaches around the country by playing in top tournaments around the US, she is somebody with a passion for the game. She is the trainer for All 'N Academy Juniors. She loves to introduce kids to the game. Bringing lots of joy and enthusiasm, she makes it fun for the players. Nylah is very creative and loved by all of her players.
